I had a 5 star visit yesterday at KS because of Lavasia. My boyfriend and I had just broken up and I went into the store to exchange a necklace my mom had gotten me for my birthday. When I went in Lavasia helped me and I told her I wanted to make a necklace from the color bar. I was visibly crying when I walked in and I apologized to her and explained what had happened.
