Absolutely LOVE coming to this store location! All the employees are so nice. We purchased my daughter a ring in January and it began to tarnish and turn her finger green (yuck!). Sonny helped us replace it and we walked out of the store in less than 15 minutes. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases!
I went to the store on May 31, 2026 at 12:20 pm to have them honor a warranty for a jewelry set I bought I this store that had tarnished badly - even with utmost care. The service lady was rude and so was the manager on duty and they told me they can’t honor the warranty. I am now stuck with a set of worthless and tarnished jewelry. I bought countless pieces for my daughters from Kendra Scott but now will stop. Bottom line, if they say there is warranty for the purchase, don’t believe them.
Employees were joyful, helpful and kind! Would recommend this store to anyone!
