What a disappointment, . Ordered a 14k gold necklace. The pendant is the size of a pin head. Im sure it told the size, but it is depicted as same size as plated gold necklace. No worries, sending right back to you.
My daughter and I visited the Destin location on the evening of JUN 3rd. We visited the “Customize Bar” area where you can make your own locket. The employee who assisted was phenomenal. Patient, professional, and caring. It made a father daughter experience memorable. The employee’s name escapes me, but I hope her manager and corporate give her recognition. We will return. Thank you
I had THE most amazing sales lady at the Miramar FL store! She was completely attentive to my needs and helpful. Her personality and professionalism was phenomenal and anyone would be thankful to have her as an employee! I bought over $250 in jewelry for my 30th anniversary! Thank you for making my first Kendra Scott store experience amazing! Tomorrow we head back to WV. I so wish we had a store there. ;)
