Ms. Shay and Sarah were so amazing. They were patient and kind as I was very indecisive on what I wanted. They mind my first Kendra Scott purchase truly an amazing experience.

I went to the store on May 31, 2026 at 12:20 pm to have them honor a warranty for a jewelry set I bought at this very store. The set tarnished badly - even with utmost care. The service lady was rude and so was the manager on duty and they told me they can’t honor the warranty. I am now stuck with a set of tarnished jewelry. I bought countless pieces for my daughters from Kendra Scott but now will stop. Bottom line, if they say there is warranty for the purchase, don’t believe them.

Absolutely LOVE coming to this store location! All the employees are so nice. We purchased my daughter a ring in January and it began to tarnish and turn her finger green (yuck!). Sonny helped us replace it and we walked out of the store in less than 15 minutes. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases!
