When we visited, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. We weren’t greeted upon arrival, even though other guests were acknowledged. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful, yet they hovered nearby, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. Overall, the service lacked warmth and attentiveness. It was a disappointing experience… especially considering the high standard set by other locations. Hopefully, changes will be made moving forward.

We went in to buy jewelry for my daughter’s 18th bday gift. They did help adjust her earrings she had bought previously from Kendra Scott. We were interested in purchasing earrings and a custom necklace for her. Both of the employees stood around and never provided any additional help after she asked to try a necklace on. Good luck with this location.

What a disappointment, . Ordered a 14k gold necklace. The pendant is the size of a pin head. Im sure it told the size, but it is depicted as same size as plated gold necklace. No worries, sending right back to you.
