Purchased 3 Kendra Scott watch bands on the Kendra Scott website. Had to have a few links taken out of each one to fit. This store took care of two of them last week no problem. Drove 30 minutes today to get the last one adjusted and was told they are not doing it. The girl said she did one earlier that day and got reprimanded for doing it since they were busy. Everyone was nice and they made me a bracelet. But the only problem was that the lady that put the gems into my braclet bent the prongs crooked. I just don't enjoy paying the "Kendra Scott price" for a bracelet, for it to be done half way and having to fix it at home myself. Please train your staff to use a tool as simple as pliers.
Me and my friend were having a terrible day between a fender bender in the parking lot and me falling and hurting my arm outside the mall, so not great. We walked into Kendra and Brenda and Giselle were so amazing literally talking to them was exactly what we needed after the day we just had and Brenda even helped re gauze my elbow she was the best!!!!
