Before I even walked into the store I was impressed by the customer service I was given. Giselle took my call a day prior inquiring about ring sizes. She was patient and thorough explaining how the band widths sometimes impact the ring size. So when I came in and she immediately recognized me from my request to Eliana to try on the same ring, she greeted me and said I had made a great decision by coming in.
