Came for an exchange and Eliana was a true gem. Very helpful and took care of my exchange and sold me additional items. The whole experience was great. She had an amazing personality. As a business owner myself this is the kind of employee we want representing your company. Will come again just for Eliana.
Beware - if you purchase jewelry from an in person Kendra Scott store, you apparently cannot get a refund to your original payment method. When I brought my items in to return five days after they were purchased, the associate told me that I could only get store credit or do an exchange. Apparently, if you buy online, they can refund you but not if you buy in the store? This makes absolutely no sense to me. What kind of customer service is this? Would never purchase from this store again.
