From the customer service to getting my ring back looking brand new, the process was so easy. Lindy was so great and kind. Our first experience at Kendra Scott in Greenville was awesome. I took my daughter to pick out a necklace and bracelet for the start of middle school. We were immediately greeted with warm and friendly faces. My toddler son was extremely grumpy. They offered him a snack, juice box, and a little toy. When he wouldn’t settle, they still were very patient. They took a lot of time with my daughter so she could pick out exactly what she was looking for. I highly recommend them!
