I went here with my sister to purchase a birthday gift for myself and when we walked in, no one bothered to help us. Well, 5-10 minutes go by and we still hadn’t been helped, but at least 5 other people walk in and employees went to them. A word to the wise. If you purchase any jewelry (even their real gold, more expensive line like I did) during your birthday month, therefore getting it at a discount, you do NOT get any warranty coverage on it. That was some fine print that I missed. Bought a real gold/ruby necklace and it broke within a month of owning it. Went to send it in for repair but found out that somehow, you don't deserve to have that jewelry taken care of because it was bought at a discount. What horrible customer service.
