Me and my granddaughter went to the Classen Curve Kendra Scott today to get her a gift for her birthday and to see about getting the necklace repaired that I had purchased for her, her last birthday. We were helped immediately and the store manager, Jenny tried to put the stone back into the necklace setting but was not successful.
