Recommendedoverall our 6 years at Kendallwood have been good. The current manager and maintenance staff is by far the best and most responsive. My only complaints are how often the water is off (or at least the hot water) due to boiler problems and the drafty, leaky windows. For the cost of rent, there could definitely be more updates done to the units.
Just moved in yesterday, the staff was very courteous and helpful in the move. The apartment is wonderful so far!
