RecommendedThe management is super friendly and really helpful. The insulation is great, I never hear my neighbors! The location is perfect! It's great being to close to EVERYTHING.
Be warned that management encourages residents to confront each other regarding minor issues. This has already resulted in property damage (Another resident attempted to force entry into our apartment) and they refuse to acknowledge or address the issue. Crime is becoming worse in the area and the property managers have no interest in addressing it. They claim that there are security cameras in the parking lots, but that appears to be false. Terrible management and customer service. That should be the main goal of each business but apparently not everyone is like that. They really don’t care about you.
This place is run terribly. The people are disrespectful, unorganized, and they have no problem screwing you over. I would think twice before renting or even putting down a deposit. I have lived in Nashville and Los Angeles, and never have I dealt with worse people. The cool apartments might not be worth the hassle of dealing with these thieves. It's sad!
Wonderful place to live. Breathtaking view. The Highline office is a perfect location to have parties, meetings and gatherings of any kind. The refreshments and cookies are delicious too.
I've attended several community events and there is a strong community vibe. Great neighbors, restaurants and truly a walkable community.
