The person I dealt with was Brye. He was very helpful. They had my car done a little sooner than I expected. I enjoyed my dealings with them.
The service department went above and beyond when trying to help getting my vehicle in for service.
Brandon made the car buying experience a breeze! He did a great job working with me to find the car that met my needs. He was flexible, knowledgeable and easy going, overall amazing to work with!
Finally got my oil change! Contacted them in mid-November 2024 and the soonest appointment available was March 10, 2025. Yes, that’s four months. And then they said I was too late for the 10,000 mile service (even though it just had 100096 miles on it). They said it wouldn’t be a long wait next time, but we’ll see. The Service Department was very courteous, the car was serviced in a timely manner, and we were out in a short time (drinking their free coffee and watching a huge TV).
