I leased a 2024 VW Atlas from the Anchorage dealership. The service department is horrible, good luck getting an appointment within 2-3 months. Make sure you schedule your appointments way ahead of time. My vehicle has had several recalls at this point, which is fine because the dealership has to fix it. I took it to Safelite to have the windshield fixed, they couldn’t replace the windshield because the vehicle threw 14 pages of error codes. Great experience buying our VW. Charles was fantastic.
Our sales person Mierra was great, kind at every step. You can tell she was trained well as a vehicles saleswoman and had an answer to many objections. We had negotiated over text on the price of a car, and were slated to come in. We decided we were going to trade a car in, and they felt like they were blindsided by someone trying to trade a car in.
