They will always look out for #1, themselves and what kind of PROFIT they can get day to day…there rarely is any Human Compassion or Consideration offered to the Customer when Dealing with a DEALERSHIP and its Employees. I have purchased 3 new cars from this dealership- also try to do recommended service - today was a reminder why I never follow through! Made an appointment on the phone with a dealership maintenance person named Leia, So my waiting time would be cut back. Arrived at scheduled time , was told by Anna Hobson the services that I was to receive were not going to be given, and that the time would be two hours for a tire rotation, not oil change as I was told. Lidiia was our sales person and she was absolutely wonderful. She kept in regular contact while we were making decisions. Mark Sterling went above and beyond with the service of my Tundra. I was at the dealership 5 min early before they opened, and they let me in anyway. Mark didn’t have to do anything yet - but he chose to check me in anyway and get the work on my truck started. Exceptional customer service from start to beginning. Called me promptly when work was done.
Chad Smiley did an awesome job assisting us in purchasing our 2026 Toyota Tundra. We live outside of Anchorage thus all transactions are over the phone and online. He showed us the vehicle we wanted via videos, all the way to dropping the vehicle off to the shipping company. He’s the best. James Plaster with Finance is the guys you need to speak with whe you need financing with toyota. He is beyond helpful and quick to respond.
