Great customer service. Louie kept me informed the entire 8-month wait for my new 2026 Sienna Hybrid AWD XSE Heavy Metal. Easy transaction and the Toyota Financial Services App is easy to navigate. Kendall prepped my vehicle with care and Louie showed me how to work everything including the technology. Could not have been easier or more relaxing. I highly recommend Kendall Toyota of Anchorage. Ask for Louie and he will get you what you want.
We have used Kendall Toyota/Lexus for our SUV purchases since 2014 and Universal Motors / Toyota since 1972 and have never had any issues with there service. More recently we have dealt with Sam Park who has been on the spot and worked hard to get us the Toyota 4 Runner we wanted. We will definitely be back again when we need the next vehicle.
