I lived at Kendall Square Apartments for 1 year. It was a great community to live at! It was quiet and well maintained. Anytime I had a maintenance request, it was handled within 24 hours. The property manager there was very helpful every time (and quite handsome I might add)! I saw the owner and the president of the company out touring the community on several occasions. During the June 29 power outages, they expressed no concern for our well-being until they showed up unannounced to tell us that we need to be prepared for an inspection of our refrigerator the following day. At this time, temperatures were in the 100's outside and little cooler indoors, and we had no running water. In order to prepare for this unnecessary inspection (there was never any danger to the appliance, and it is fully covered under the security deposit) we had to remain in these conditions with two small children.
