I lived at Kendall Square Apartments for 1 year. It was a great community to live at! It was quiet and well maintained. Anytime I had a maintenance request, it was handled within 24 hours. The property manager there was very helpful every time (and quite handsome I might add)! I saw the owner and the president of the company out touring the community on several occasions.
