I have been at the ER SINCE 1 am with a colon blockage. I was seen and medicated The “GI” specialist say me at about 9:30 am. Prescribed the EXACT Medication I was previously taking and obviously wasn’t working. I told her and my nurse this. A couple of hours go by. I am in excruciating pain. Page for my assigned nurse and turns out she left my department. I am in tears and no one bats an eyes. Couple of hours go bye. Staff compleit all the time how overload they are of work and must of them are very rude. I did not see anybody to come and clean the floor in the room. The nurses at list some of them give the impression that they did not know what the medicine that they are giving you was for of if wasn’t giving to early on. The food was terrible. My room did not have how to call the nurse they gave me a bell like the one the teachers use in the school that you can’t hear outside your bed.no tv control I went in depress but one good thing ... read more
Pésimo servicio. 5000 dólares por mirar a un familiar y ponerle una inyección. Me llega la cobranza y ni siquiera he recibido el detalle de la facturación que justifique tal abuso.
The hospital needs to do better at cleaning, I was in a room for 10 days, they only came once or twice to clean, They would only pick up the trash and the dirty linens but no one clean the floor with disinfectant, I asked on a couple of occasions because my mom was urinating on the floor from the bed to the bathroom and I was cleaning it up with the towels.
Wonderful staff: Surgeons. Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Receptionist, Physical and Occupational Therapist. You guys are great 👍🏿
I have never seen a more inefficient way of working
My son had surgery a few months ago after an injury where he broke his clavicle. He presented to the emergency room and despite the fact that it was extremely busy, he received the best of care and incredible attention; everyone would stop by and ask if he needed anything and showed concern. He was treated with warmth and empathy and everyone was pleasant and nice.
