Apartment/Townhouse hunting had been a crazy experience in santa cruz and I was originally very impressed with Kendall & Potter. Andrea is one of the agents here and she was extremely helpful and both agents i spoke to were willing to accommodate with my requests. We’ve previously stayed at a property in La Selva Beach through Kendall & Potter and had an amazing experience. However, we just recently stayed at a property in Aptos 779 The Waves and it was a disappointing, horrible experience. The house was just disgusting. The bathrooms smelt like urine and were not clean when we arrived. We had ants attack all of our food in the kitchen and even my children’s toys in the living room.
