I have had an absolutely wonderful experience at this veterinary clinic. I’ve been bringing my dog, Sushi for three years. From the moment I walked in, the staff made both me and my pet feel welcome and cared for. The front desk team was friendly, organized, and very helpful with answering questions and getting us checked in quickly. They love sushi as much as I love her. All the receptionist are amazing. We had an emergency with our little dog on a Sunday, and from the moment we walked into Kendall Pointe Animal Hospital, every single person we encountered was kind, professional, and incredibly caring. I took my dog there last week for an emergency ultrasound and by far my best experience at an emergency vet. The facility was clean and we were seen immediately upon walking in as I saw many other people walking in and getting the same treatment.
