My family has used Kendall Plumbing for as long as I can remember. Kendall has always been fair, kind, and knowledgeable! I bought my first home last year. Kendall himself came to help inspect my home and let me know certain things, and what to expect given the age of appliances/fixtures. Since then I've had his guys out to my home 3 different times. Highly Recommend Kendall Plumbing – I highly recommend Kendall Plumbing! I had a sewer line backing up in to the bathtub and I called Kendall and they were out to my house within the hour. Shane was very friendly and did not hesitate to carry the equipment up onto the roof and snaked the line. He took the time to make sure everything was flowing before he left my house. Thank you very much again, I recommend Kendall Plumbing to all my friends

Best Plumber and Rooter in Mesa Arizona You guys are amazing with customer service to back it up. So many times I have been screwed over by plumbers and their ridiculous rates but you are fair and honest. i have already told others about you. Highly Recommended – We have used Kendall Plumbing for years, recommended by friends, and have never been disappointed with the work they do. The servicement have always made sure everything was working and cleaned up before they left, and the price was always fair. No warranty problems, ever!

Rip-Off I had been using Kendall Plumbing for years and always thought they did a good job at a fair price - I believe about $75 per hour. But last fall while on a trip we had a pipe break in our garage wall. The plumber came and spent about three hours on the repair and then sent us a bill for $1,000. And he didn't even finish the job. When I saked about the new rates of over $330 per hour, the ony response I got was "...we charge more for this kind of work..."

Poor Warranty – When Kendall plumbing came out to snake my drain, their service men were helpful and friendly. The drains were clear and clean for about 45 days, at which point we started to have some standing water. By day 60 they were completely clogged again. I called to ask them to come back again, but they said we would have to pay the full price again, since their warranty was only 30 days. I asked them if they'd be willing to give a discount, since we were taking the risk that the same thing would happen again. They w... read more
