Dr Kendall sometimes was not even in the office when we arrived for our appointment. 4 of my 5 children needed major surgery. She did not refer us to a surgeon, we were referred by an ADHD doctor that examined my boys. When one of my children was allergic to the metal bars placed in her chest Dr. Kendall was not helpful, although the surgeon contacted her about surgery, and my daughter did not receive appropriate care. We absolutely love Dr. Kendall! She is very knowledgeable and calm with babies and kids. She truly cares about you and your situation, and is the kindest doctor out there! We live in Springville, but make the drive to north Orem just to see her!
We love Dr. Kendall! She is so calm and attentive with children, and never seems to be in a hurry. I agree that the office staff doesn't try to push you to come in, but they know when it's necessary to come in. They are also kind and understanding when I have to reschedule an appointment.
Our family LOVES Dr Kendall! She is so kind to our children. She is a phenomenal doctor, well educated and detail oriented. Dr Kendall cares for our children as if they were her own! Dr. Kendall is absolutely wonderful. She is so good with babies and children, and does not seem to be in a hurry ever. The office staff and nurses are also wonderful, and have been completely helpful at answering questions after hours. They didn't push me to bring my daughter in, but also knew when to tell me to bring her in to the office. Dr. Kendall is very relaxed, and doesn't make me feel dumb for answering what I would think are "silly" questions.
