If I could give zero stars, I would. Each time I visit Kendall Hyundai, my experience becomes increasingly disappointing. My recent interaction with Anthony Paredes was especially frustrating. His unprofessional attitude and condescending demeanor made an already stressful situation worse. Rather than being helpful, he seemed more interested in showing off his knowledge while recommending costly parts and services that felt unnecessary at the time.
