Came in for an oil change and first of all waited almost 3 and a half hours for a simple oil change. Have always had some sort of issue with Hyundai dealerships since they all act the same but this one surpasses them. Slow, unresponsive and most importantly they simply don’t care. Have gone in for service for almost 2 years and they continue to act the same. All of their service advisors leave and so everytime I go back for any services and ask for the same service advisor, they don’t work there anymore so you get a new pers... read more
Extremely unprofessional. Left car before 9:30am. Still have not received a call in regards to car updates, called multiple times, spoke to remote operator & they sent multiple “expedited” messages requesting a call from the team.
