Daniel Garcia was the MAN! He and his staff went over and beyond to make sure we where always taken care of. We started out with a new build (which we were happy with but needed a bigger yard.) He accommodated us to a home right across the street from where I was living. So happy we chose this builder and sales agent. God and my daughters had a hand in all of this. Looking forward to many years in my new Kendall Home. Nice neighborhood too! We Love it!
We bought our home almost 4 years ago. We are so happy with the structure and solid foundation. We have had very few issues. They came back to fix every one of them. We have spoken to other neighbors who have purchased from other builders, and not one of them are as happy with the structure, and have had many problems. The quality Kendall Homes provides, just isn’t there with the other builders.
