Scheduled service appointment 2 weeks in advance for oil change and tire change. Arrived half hour early for appointment. Seven hours later vehicle not touched. Missed full day of work waiting for service.
Have to wait 2 weeks to get my vehicle looked at. Mean while my vehicle doesnt work. Have to pay 9 hundred a month for something I cant use. If I wanted to drive a 2 wheel drive I would have bought 1 and saved my self a ton of money. They addressed the same issue in the spring of 2021, all they did was put a band aid on it.
