I began the buying process online for a new F-150 and sent the the *** and pictures of my trade to the salesman, to include pictures of the ***. The tentative offer they made was good so I went to the dealer with my trade and they inspected it. Everything was good, we had the deal done, and I waited two hours for financing and then went in to sign the papers. I want to let everyone know what a wonderful experience I had at Kendall ***** They are the best and put the trust back into buying a vehicle. A shout out to to the sales team there. Also ****** at the service desk is great to work with. He defiantly takes the extra steps to help you out!! I will continue to take my cars and trucks to to him for service

WARNING BUYER'S BEWARE!! KENDALL ***************. I purchased a Truck $25,000.00 from Kendall ***** was told that it's payload was 1 ton or more. I explained I needed the Truck to be at least capable of 1 ton payload the salesman assured me of this. The Truck was not actually rated for this it's payload is only ****lbs so now I'm not able to use Truck for the Purpose I purchased. I went in and test drove a Toyota 4runner and during my test drive I noticed a shaking in the steering and couple of times I noticed a noise. So when I got back I told them I wanted to purchase but wanted the problem fixed. They went out and drove it and said they couldn't get it to do it again. But said if it happens bring it back and we will fix it. Update be very careful and do your homework on any after market items from these guys.. Its my opinion they completely misrepresented what Ceramic Pro protection package they're applying, They give you a 60 month warranty that doesn't match the Ceramic Pro franchise Silver package items listed.. On the Exterior, they only apply one coat of H9 and not the top coat listed under sliver package description.. They do not coat glass, exterior plastics, or wheels.. What a frustrating place of business. Never any time to help out a customer. I was having car battery problems. Stopped by Kendall Ford and they asked to set me up for an appointment 3 days later. Found someone else to look at my battery that day and bought a replacement. I stop again to have oil changed and of course no time. So I ask to schedule an appointment and was told that I couldn’t schedule one. Honestly how is Kendall Ford in business when they treat requests with no sense of urgency?

I leased a Fusion from this dealership last year. As of January 1st my remote start was phased out by Ford. It's so frustrating to pay for a feature I don't even get but I put up with it. It's something that's not completely in the dealership's control but they made it clear that they couldn't care less. Which is the #1 reason I will NEVER lease from them again.
