I recently moved up here and heard NOTHING good about Cal Worthington! BUT...I don't agree with the things I've heard. I had an Emergency fix, and could only make it there. They took really good care of my husband and I. The wait was a little longer than hoped, but they kept us informed, which made it better. While there we were able to meet the Service Manager, Terry Werner. He was very pleasant. In our talk he had mentioned that he is in process of 'cleaning the place up'. I am writing you in regards to Jeff Frias, who was my service consultant. I took my Ford F150 to have it diagnosed and serviced. During my stay there, Jeff did an excellent job. I was there from 7am to about 3pm. He kept me informed, consulted me and was above board in his professional approach to customer service. Additionally he informed me of a few recalls and took care of those as well. While waiting in your comfortable waiting room, I witnessed Jeff working with several other customers. I just wanted to drop you a line to I just wanted to drop you a line to express my sincere appreciation for the courteous and professional treatment I received from your employees this morning. I "limped in," first thing with an F-150 that refused to come out of four wheel drive, low range. I didn't have an appointment but I considered it an emergency because I had to drive to Talketna on Sunday. They have a new Service Manager there They have a new Service Manager there and he is fantastic! He talked to me and fixed my problem immidiately! I will go no where else but Worthington for Service!! If you need anything call Jack!

The Best! THEY ARE THE BEST!! Best dealership in anchorage and alaska. The service is excellent and the employees are top notch. We love Worthington ford and cal. Me and my family will only shop at cal worthington ford. Also their white glove service makes getting oil changes super easy.
