The worst front desk I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing: one girl answers the phone in Spanish—what? Where do we live?—and the other girl answers in English but with an attitude. After ten minutes on hold, insurance was a nightmare as they could not understand the differences between HMO, PPO, and EPO; it was just a horrible experience all around.
My appointment was at 9:45, I arrived on time and waited 40 minutes ultimately to leave before seeing the dr. He is the only dr in the office and they over book with zero regard for the patients time. The girls at the front desk are not welcoming either. Kind of rude and didn’t even ask why I was leaving or offer to reschedule.
Dr Stafford wonderful had both eyes operated attention and follow up was amazing. Dr. Kaufman is the bomb.
I would give five stars However, waiting for an hour and a half or more in the waiting room not cool not cool at all. It feels like they just put everybody from KENDALL inside the waiting room, that is not acceptable.
We visited this office today for the very first time after being referred here by another doctor who didn't specialize in exactly what my mom needed. I am so glad we came! Our appointment was at 8:15 AM, and we arrived a bit early at 8:00 AM. The staff was incredibly friendly and immediately gave us the new patient forms.
