Dr Stafford wonderful had both eyes operated attention and follow up was amazing. Dr. Kaufman is the bomb.
I would give five stars However, waiting for an hour and a half or more in the waiting room not cool not cool at all. It feels like they just put everybody from KENDALL inside the waiting room, that is not acceptable.
We visited this office today for the very first time after being referred here by another doctor who didn't specialize in exactly what my mom needed. I am so glad we came! Our appointment was at 8:15 AM, and we arrived a bit early at 8:00 AM. The staff was incredibly friendly and immediately gave us the new patient forms. I recently accompanied my mom to see Dr. Kaufman, and we were incredibly impressed! The staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Dr. Kaufman took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all our questions with patience. My mom left feeling confident about her eye health. We highly recommend Dr. Kaufman and his wonderful team for anyone in need of eye care!
