Kendall dodge has by far been the worst experience of my life, I bought a brand new Dodge Dart and had to take it in for a tire problem at 5000 miles- 2 years later, 30k miles, 14 trips to service and over 87 days of it being "serviced" and they still fail to fixture issue. Had to file for lemon law and after all of this service said there was evidence of an accident?! REALLY KENDALL DODGE?! Why are you so shady I hope no one else shops at your fraudulent dealership
I would not recommend Kendall Dodge for service or sales after hearing reputation of poor workmanship, guarantees that are not backed, and extreme lack of customer service.
After hearing the experience of a good friend of mine. I would never buy, or have any of my vehicles serviced by Kendall Dodge!
Still haven't fixed my buddies truck. It's been in the service dept multiple times. What's the problem here??
They screwed up a friend's car there. Keeping customers happy should be number one in any business. Especially with social media now a days. Good luck next time.
Because of the experience a friend had and also other experience that other costomers have had and written that reviews, I will never buy a Chrysler product, they are poor quality and the customer care is atrocious.
I would not recommend Kendall Dodge for service or sales. My friend has had his car in there for service several times and his car hasn't been right since the first time he took it there.
Unbelievably bad service given to a friend who had to take his car in 7 times and still not fixed. I would never consider shopping for a car with this business.
