Extremely poor service from the sales department. Contacted Danial Vera on 01/05/20. Asked about a truck for sale and if it was still available. He confirmed it was, and went over the vehicle with me. I told him I have 8,000 to put down and to hold the vehicle. I can not recommend Kendall Dodge Service Department. I just bought my wife a brand new Chrysler Pacifica 3 days ago and the auto start/stop does not work. I told them to verify this day of and they said it was not a problem. It’s simply a battery issue because the vehicle has two batteries and they refuse to replace them and they have no idea what to do next. I will never again buy or leased a Dodge! Leased a Dodge Durango 2018 on August 2018 and has taken it back 5 times for major service. Horrible customer service and still they “fix” the car for a week and it breaks again! No one returns a call back or better way gets me a new car! DO NOT RECOMMEND this place place or buying or leasing any Dodge vehicles!!!
RecommendedI can't say enought of Kendall Dodge - and Mike Barcelo. The best car dealer salesman ever, he got done what others wouldn't touch, he is amazing and honest, if your deal is not good, he will let you know. Don't fear this car dealer, I have bought 2 cars from them 6 years apart. And Never ever had a problem. You want an honest/true to his word salesman? Mike Barcelo.
Walked in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Once it was on the table, they made it work.
Lying thieves..!!! Held my wife and I hostage late at night while on vacation, and would not return our car until we paid them for a thousand dollars in authorized repairs.... CRIMINALS... STAY AWAY....
