Muy hermosos
One of my worst experiences. Steer clear of this place. As everyone mentioned, PAULA is the main reason. A worthless peace of living being and she'll burn the whole place to the ground if somebody doesn't fire her. She is rude, RACIST, completely unaccomodating and unreasonable. She even forces people to sign the pre inspection report. I unfortunately am trapped in this place till I get out.
Natick is a lovely neighborhood to live in. When we toured the place everyone was nice and it seemed like a great place but when you actually move in everyone is rude. Paula ( the manager)is one of the most unreasonable and angry persons I have ever met. When you ask her to call you back she never does and barely emails you back if you send an email to her. If you heard and believe it is Kids friendly community with play area, Yes there is a play area. but kids going to 1st grade or above wont like to play in slides, and those kids are prohibited to ride bikes , skateboards, scooter, inside the community. Bikes will be taken away (seized) by management from kids and we were advised to go out of community and ride bikes in town parks or bike lanes. so Don't take kids play friendly community as selling point or advantage to move to this community. When I toured the place, everything seemed lovely and management seemed friendly and helpful. However, once we moved in, we quickly learned there are lots of families and loud children living here, maintenance crew can be rude, the units are poorly insulated and troubleshooting is done cheaply. And yes, Paula is very rude once you actually live here. Also, walking outside to get to a laundry room where the machines are always dirty is frustrating.
