Horrible customer service, admitted that the pool they installed was a bad design and the overfill drain is too low in the pool. Drove off my driveway and damaged my yard for no reason. We've tried to get results on sand in our pool for months. We have done EVERYTHING they have suggested only to be questioned whether we know what sand is. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!!!!! Kenco completed a restore of steps last year and did a wonderful job. Therefore, when it came time for a new liner it was no question who we were going to get a quote from. They are competitive with their prices but the most wonderful thing is the customer service that starts from the beginning to the end. I am writing this review to hopefully save someone the headache and misery that I’ve gone through dealing with Kenco. In January of this year I put a deposit down and scheduled my family’s pool renovation to start for the first week of March. Called Kenco pools for new liner quote. Very respectful. High quality work with very competitive prices. My wife and I have used several different pool service companies over the last 8 years...none of them...NONE of them even come close to providing the quality of service we received with Kenco.
We have been very happy with Kenco!! Sabrina, Ken and the whole crew go above and beyond to help us. We appreciate them making owning a pool a pleasant experience. We would highly recommend them.
