Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been stuck here for 29 hours, and they still refuse to acknowledge the pickup number. The staff is unresponsive and the entire system is a mess. Zero communication, zero accountability. This place clearly has no regard for drivers’ time or schedules. Avoid this location at all costs—completely disorganized and inefficient. I’d give zero stars if I could. Never coming back.
All they do wasting drivers time.
