I rate this place 2 star security gate was professional but Receiving check in front desk Guy ed is rude they have a different task from all warehouses You get a slip to call with ext number to ask question But when you call to ask a question of the task He will be rude telling you My instructions was !!!! All he had to say was yes that’s right or no I will never pick up from here again
Do not take the load from here to wilmington Illinois. You will sit for a ridiculously amount of time waiting on this load. Wouldnt take me early. Thats cool. But à 5 pm appointment and wasnt loaded intil 1130. I took a whole 10 hour break. Then the reciever w9nt let you deliver early. Also the broker gives the wrong address. Waste of my time. Cost me a whole day basically.
Run! Cancel. Whatever you need to do just don't waste your time. 6 hours to wait to get loaded a load that takes 6 hour of driving to destination. Doesn't worth it
