Lived here for 1 Year +. I must say if you can afford to live anywhere else literally anywhere I would leave. Management is constantly always changing in which they never have any record of what previous management did. They raise the rent on my unit $100 after a A/C unit failed, a fridgerator failed causing all my food to spoil. They replaced with same units not upgrades and said they are raising rent to keep up with market prices.
