We were very pleased with the professionalism shown by Traverse North Realty, from the website photos, timeliness of presenting our listing and providing ample notice for the showings. Ken and his staff were very responsive to all the inquiries from the buyer and their real estate agent which made things less stressful for us. I contracted with Ken because I knew he had the expertise regarding all aspects of the real estate market and what it would take to sell my property. I agreed with his general assessment and we moved to list the property at my asking price. He was on top of the situation the nine months it took to market the property, make adjustments as necessary, work with another agent and their buyer and close the deal. Ken has the professional insight and drive needed to get the job done! I'm amazed!
Inquired about a property two months ago for a week in July and they indicated they were only booking 60 days out as the property was for sale. I then inquired about it again, 60 days out from the week I was interested in, and they advised me that they just opened up that week. I indicated that I wanted it but they booked it out from under me and the manager said that they have an "office communication problem" but couldn't do anything for me.
