Well I dropped my engagement ring off to them on December 13th and I got it back December 16th. It wasn't suppose to be ready until December 21st so happy I got back sooner than they anticipated. Thank you for the fast service it's greatly appreciated and great customer service by all of you and communication was wonderful .
