To anybody who prioritizes their horses safety and lives in Lexington, or has ever/ will ever drive through Lexington with horses: I would’ve thought that a tire shop in Lexington Kentucky, that has a customer come in with a truck lettered clearly as a horse carrier, some sort of care would be taken to ensure the truck is picked up in a ‘safe-to-drive’ condition. Had an appointment but the receptionist said they were running behind. Ended up being there almost 3 hours for 3 new tires. An hour a tire!

I came in today to ask about getting an oil change. Waited 7 minutes at the desk and nobody could find the time to even greet me. I guess this place is doing enough business without mine and I won't be back to this store for sure!

Pulled in with a flat on a Friday at lunch time. I would not imagine a busier time to roll into a business here in Lexington, but they had me taken care of and back on the road in about an hour. Waiting area was clean, had coffee and TV, free WiFi, staff friendly. Would definitely recommend!
