I cannot express my gratitude for this business! They are awesome. I had a blow out a couple weeks ago and had to buy a new tire. Well two weeks later I had another blow out and they helped me with the price. This place will go above and beyond to help you get your car fixed at a fair honest price! Wow! This is an amazing autocare store! I came in looking for an oil change and they went above and beyond in their services. I’m not from Lexington and came in 10 minutes before they closed. They were more than happy to help me and even informed me of problems I didn’t know existed. If you ever have any car need I highly recommend you come in and see them! 5 stars in my book.

They went beyond themselves to help me. They knew I was in a jam. Said it could take up to 2-3 days to fix, but they fixed it the same day. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Will go to them from now on. They are great!! Will recommend to friends.

End of day when I came in with flat tire but Bruce was more than happy to repair the tire so I would not have to wait until morning. Chad and Bruce were both great and extremely kind! I have been to this location in the past and I would recommend this Ken Towery location to any one for good service and deals on tires. They made my day! �

They lied to me about what was wrong with my car. They tried to fix problems that weren't there. They are rude & incompetent. I've had to put 8 tires on my car in 16 months because they would not tell me what was really wrong with my car! They lied about what was wrong to try and get me to spend money on something I did NOT need! You better go somewhere else if you do not want ripped off!
