Hands down best tire shop in Shelbyville. As a female I often feel treated as less when in an automotive shop but NEVER once have I felt this way at Ken Towery. All the service men treat me like they would my husband with respect and honesty. They are always straight forward and honest. I will continue to patronize their business since they are the best!

Horrible service. Will never go back. Picked car up and tire pressure was at 15 but at drop off was in recommended range. Employees were rude. They have lost my business.

I was treated with respect and courtesy at the Ken Towery in Shelbyville, where I was visiting my daughter, who lives there. My drive to Shelbyville was very scary, where I felt like my truck was not in good contact with the road. Quick and thorough diagnosis later, I had cupped tires and a crying need for an alignment. My problem was professionally dealt with, and i was very satisfied with the results. I do not feel as though they took advantage of a stranded woman. They were terrific--professional and honest.
