Ken made the home buying process possible! As first time buyers, we had no idea how the process worked. Ken made sure we understood every aspect of the buying process and made sure we stayed within the budget we wanted. He answered every question we had and always made himself available to walk us through when there was something new to sign (which was OFTEN). He used his extensive knowledge of first-time buyers programs to get us into an even better home than we would have thought!
Ken was tasked with helping me close on a house in less than a month, which was a BIG ask. However, he was able to navigate myself and his team through the process accordingly and we were able to meet the deadline!
Wonderful person to help walk you through one of the most stressful situations of your life. Highly recommend, especially for a first time home buyer.
