I go to the Quick Lane for oil changes and they’re great but I wouldn’t recommend the Service Dept., they worked on my car to fix the AC and it took them 3 weeks to completely finish. When it’s 100+ degrees out! That was ridiculous. I’d never come back to have them work on my car again.
I am no where pleased with them. I didn’t know how to quite word it a few months ago but here I am. THEY DO NOT know how to back up their work. They had replaced my transmission again which is fine cause it was warranted, but now my truck has trouble trying to start. Normally you can put it in neutral and start it that way. I know for a fact it doesn’t know what gear it is in so I think neutral safety switch. Well I have taken it back to ford and they have the nerve to tell me it’s my steering column. 1.
