My husband and I drove over an hour to come to this dealership, and it was 100% worth it. I would like to personally thank Alfred and Mike for our amazing car buying experience! Very disappointed this time. Have had great experiences before. Now it's just a stereotypical car dealership. The way they tried to rip me off on trade in value was despicable and underhanded, claiming hail damage, invisible hail damage, where there is NONE. Then want me to take it to a dent repair shop they recommend for a second opinion! Ha! I was there buying new tires in the first place. $500 for the 4. They want to knock of $2K for the tires!!!! What do I think about Stopel Ford in Kerrville tx? Let me tell you, I bought a 2013 ford focus from Peggy my sales person. 6 to 8 months later it's in for a clutch problem, since then my car is always in their service department either getting re programmed or needing a new clutch. 45 days ago my car was needing a clutch and in the process they fuck up my starter, granted transmission is on warranty but since my miles are up and I keep having this problem they wanna tell me that since my miles are high that they caint reprog... read more

Our service department experience was a disaster. Only had a front left brake that was sticking, brought it in and were led to believe we had a $4000+ ABS brake problem. Feeling something wasn't right we said we wanted to take it somewhere for another opinion. Service rep started back pedaling and making excuses for us not to pick up our vehicle. We took it somewhere else and it turned out to be a $325 fix. We are loyal Ford customers but will never do business here again.
