I typically disdain realtors, but Ken is the exception in my experience with over eight. He was honest in his opinions about properties, pointing out the pros AND cons, (whereas some realtors just push and push and never see the issues you're concerned about which makes me think of them as just one notch about a used car salesman). Ken was able to assist us with outstanding service in a relocation back to the area after three years overseas. I had to do a lot of advance research with him, and he was extremely efficient during our house hunting visit. He listened to our family needs and knew immediately when we walked into a house if it would work for our family. A long distance relocation can be stressful, but Ken covered all the details and put our minds at ease. He is a seasoned professional with a focus on providing outstanding service.

Ken is extremely personable, and really honed in immediately on what we were looking for when buying a house in Raleigh. He helped us find a beautiful hidden gem, and we can't thank him enough! The process of house hunting was enjoyable and stress free, due to Ken's knowledge and expertise, and his overall extremely likeable personality. The fact he is a dog lover is great too! Highly reccommend him!

Ken would like you to sign a contract at the door or give him verbal commitment before discovering your needs. This approach may work for some, however it seemed a litte forceful. Because I would not sign a Dual Buyer/Seller contract he would not show a home. I asked to learn more about Goldens Realty and the property. I had to commit to him 1st. (i passed on working with him) Sign first; ask later is not a good business practice for any investment.
