Ken did an amazing job marketing and selling our house. From the beginning he was very upfront and honest and kept us in the loop throughout the process. We were in the midst of a family crisis and needed to sell our house. This was in 2013 and the housing market was "just" beginning to recover. We didn't expect to break even. Ken was able to help us sell and purchase a house both within a week. He was very responsive as I went full steam, and the house we sold was $145k and the house we purchased was $225k, so we were not high ticket people.

We live in Kentucky and owned a house in Raleigh. Ken was great helping us get the house ready to sell and keeping it is good order. This meant that we did not have to make numerous trips back and forth between NC and KY. Ken obviously knows the housing market and guided us through the sale process like the professional he is. Awesome guy to work with. Ken set up all the inspections was there with the walk through, followed up on contractor repairs. Was very helpful and communicated well with our lender. Came to closing. Just a super nice guy.
