We are first time home buyers, which can be daunting, but Ken made the experience exciting and fun. He is is extremely knowledgeable of the Big Bear area and is truly, great guy to work with. We not only found a wonderful agent with amazing employees, we also made a friend.
Ken and his team helped us sell the family cabin in Big Bear. Ken was so helpful, Cathy too. They took care of everything from making sure the cabin was presentable to arranging for minor repairs. Could not ask for any more. Recommend Ken and Keller Williams Big Bear to anyone.
