My experience here wasn't good. The salesperson that I dealt with here wasn't very transparent. When on the test drive, I was asking questions about a strange noise the car was making. I was told that "it's mandated, because the car would be silent otherwise, and be dangerous to pedestrians". That's not the noise that car makes. When I asked about it further, I was told to close the sunroof so I wouldn't hear it anymore. We were looking to purchase a low mileage recent year Lexus sedan. Found a pre owned crossover on Ken Shaw Lexus website, made appointment for test drive.
