Number one in customer service – Ken has been serving people more than 30 years and he is the nicest person you'll meet. If he doesn't have the part that you need, he will either order it or tell you he can't get it. If he couldn't get it, then he would tell you that, and recommend you to go somewhere else. I use to work for him. He was a great boss. He has also helped me out a lot, when I needed it. Would also help customers put small things in there cars like batteries, coolant, and anything else that could be done.
