This Company is a scam. Do not use them. He and his friend who was my realtor ripped me off. It was my first time buying a home so I didn’t know the worth etc. it was during the housing market crisis so homes were going way under value. He sold it to me trying to make it seem like a great deal at value. He also lied about work he and his men done. I find it very unprofessional to set up an appointment and not show up. I understand things happen, but he didn't not call to cancel or even tell us why he didn't show up. We are in the process of closing on a house, and all we have left to do is get the house appraised. Two people came out first, and was not the right type of appraisers for the type of loan we were getting, so Ken Rase was supposed to come out to appraise it for us, but he never showed up. The worst company I have ever dealt with. The appraiser Ken did not even show up. Nor would he even tell us why he did not show up.
