I had a shattered tailgate window on my enormous 2000 Ford Excursion. This repair included Tinted glass, rear defroster, and a lift gate. Ken fixed it in one day and did a perfect job. He knew exactly how the insurance worked, he was very flexible with drop-off and pick-up. Absolutely has my business for life! Very pleased.
