The listing agent has listed a property as VA approved financing. I submitted an offer, it was accepted, and now I'm told by Veterans United that the property is not VA approved.

My first time dealing with Emerald City Realty and it was a very positive experience. Ken Palmer was quick to action items and willing to go the extra mile when it counts the most. At one point during the signing portion of our deal, Ken offered to personally drive hours away to where I was located in the middle of a snow storm to deliver the documents. Thankfully it ended up not being necessary, but I have no doubt he would have made the drive if that is what it took. His customer service is top notch. Thank you Ken!

We had a very positive experience as first time home buyers, thanks to Ken he made the whole process of buying a house so much easier to understand. he walked us through each step and was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had along the way.
