Very competent, honest and dependable 5+ To date Ken is the best HVAC contracter I have dealt with. He does not try to sell you a new unit; His diagnoses were accurate. He was very honest and dependable. And he was very prompt in returning calls and asnwering concerns. I would be calling him from here on for any heating/cooling issues.
