Ken K. Thompson was nothing but amazing to work with. They went above and beyond every request we had and they made sure that everything we got was perfect! They have a highly knowledgeable staff and where very friendly to work with! I put pictures of everything they customized for us.

My ring "disappeared" while in their possession. Too bad, says Dale. They also cheated me & lie fluidly when confronted. The nature of their business makes it impossible to prove anything, as they well know, and cheating is not criminal. They can out-lawyer me in civil court. Around town, I am hearing many tales of their dishonesty. Everyone had to "suck it up" because of the listed reasons. they are cheats.

I lost a baby this fall and wanted a birthstone ring in memory. I bought one. The staff was super sweet and even sent the nicest thank you note remembering my reason for purchase- Bailey💖. It's nice to know there's a company that cares about its customers.
