not really sure how to rate them. they expertly talk you into the extended warranty rap, but within a week we were paying out of pocket for several mechanical failures. do not buy anything from them out right. not happy at all with our purchase and it's a mess.
Overall, I had a great experience at the dealership. My sales rep, Fabian, was helpful and communicative through the entire process of buying my car. There was a great selection and lots of inventory and he was happy to show me anything I was curious about. The prices were fair and my entire trade-in and purchase experience was painless.
