I just signed and bought a new maverick truck. Everything was great with all the employees with the exception of Kevin in sales. If it wasn't for him it would be 5 stars. Once he saw me asking questions he copped an attitude and said "if you change your mind I have to put it back on the lot" this was said with a very snotty tone. Extremely disappointed with the service department here. When we contacted them regarding Gio’s Bronco Sport for recalls and warranty work, the service guy knew exactly what the issue was because we certainly aren't the first Bronco Sport to have these problems. But instead of just handling it, he wanted us to sit there and explain it to him like we had to justify ourselves, acting completely dismissive and making us feel like we were asking for a handout. We took our Ford F-350 into Ken Grody Redlands for service because there was a check engine light that came on, as well as recall work and the routine oil change. Our service advisor Dean LeBlanc took care of everything and got us into a loaner. We were so pleased with his communication and attention to detail, that we will continue to go back. He definitely earned our business
Ken Grody Ford's (Redlands) Service Department had my vehicle for 24-days to do some minor recall and service bulletine fixes. Though they provided a loaner vehicle after 10-days, they were extremenly slow in getting my vehicle repaired/fixed. I will think twice about purchasing my vehicle from them again and will not take my vehicle to them for repair or warranty issues.
Took my 2025 Ford Explorer in for routine maintenance and they were great. I bought my vehicle from Upland Ford and their sales department was great- but service department was horrible rude and obnoxious. They use to have a female service manager and she was great but when she left it went down hill. Thank you Ken Grody Ford having great customer service
