I leased a ****************************************** October 2021 I have purchased 3 vehicles from *******************, one from ****************, my 2020 **** got hit and totaled, no cars were to be found anywhere, My Carlsbad friends reminded me of *** Grody I drove up from ****** My experience was very good I am a very happy customer. It is the people that make a Dealership Great I found a very professional group at *** Grody and **** in service was exceptional as was everyone.

Sales person was great. Person who fixed my dent in new truck was great. The Finance Manager, Casper, Was a lying scammer. He stated I had to get an Extended Warranty or bank most likely would not go through with my loan, That is against the law. He went on and on lying over and over.. Then he stated I could just get the warranty and cancel it in a week when the loan went through, another bastard of a lie. After feeling so pressured to get the warranty I called the following week to cancel. Casper then stated no I cannot do that, I have to wait until a month later and I have my first statement. I called Ford and explained what was going on, they cancelled my warranty immediately. Now when I call the dealer ship to get my money back they stated it will be 6-8 weeks to get my return after I fill out more paperwork. . Mafia.. Complete scammers.. Casper told me how he was doing me such a great thing getting me this truck with mediocre credit all while he is jacking up the price of my $29k truck to $38K. Stay away from this dealership.. !!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Had a similar experience 3 years ago where they false advertised a price on the internet I called to confirm the price was accurate they said it was and once in the finanace office they hit you with the actual price. Yesterdays experience was more about lack of communication and wasting my time. We knew the vehicle we wanted they had it we agreed on a price I gave them 20k down and they tried to sell my wife a car with no keys and could explain where they were why they dont have them and when we could expect to receive them. Needless to say we did not put hase the car with no keys/test drive/ ability to check milage, ect. As consolation they said here we have a more expensive car you can buy. Who do this dealership think they are. Never shop here and if tou do or did you have to be the biggest sucker in the world. If you see a car ypu like go to a good dealer and request a dealer trade. Do not give ken grody your buisness. Worst management I have ever seen, sales people know little to nothing about the vehicles they are supposed to be selling. Zero customer service zero respect for my hard earned money and time. Not to mention they have signs up everyhwrre saying the disinfect for covid 19 on the hour, well I was there for 5 hours and not once saw anyone cleaning tables or doors. Disgusting environment never ever shop here.

Simple.... Great-service waiting room is nice, coffee and donuts. They also have fresh popcorn, and several snacks to choose from , clean restroom. Hector Delafonte and Chad Larson are the best.

The sales personnel, Nathan, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, very personable, and a great person altogether. I did not see or note any shortcomings or areas that need improvement.
