I bought my bride a Full-size Bronco at *** Grody in Carlsbad. We ordered it through the ******************** and it took longer than originally thought, but it arrived just as ordered. It is beautiful, and the process was easy and no hassling. We met with ****, the co-owner, and he helped us to get everything done from start to finish within an hour.

I leased a ****************************************** October 2021 I have purchased 3 vehicles from *******************, one from ****************, my 2020 **** got hit and totaled, no cars were to be found anywhere, My Carlsbad friends reminded me of *** Grody I drove up from ****** My experience was very good I am a very happy customer. It is the people that make a Dealership Great I found a very professional group at *** Grody and **** in service was exceptional as was everyone.

Sales person was great. Person who fixed my dent in new truck was great. The Finance Manager, Casper, Was a lying scammer. He stated I had to get an Extended Warranty or bank most likely would not go through with my loan, That is against the law. He went on and on lying over and over.. Then he stated I could just get the warranty and cancel it in a week when the loan went through, another bastard of a lie. Worst experience ever. Had a similar experience 3 years ago where they false advertised a price on the internet I called to confirm the price was accurate they said it was and once in the finanace office they hit you with the actual price. Yesterdays experience was more about lack of communication and wasting my time. We knew the vehicle we wanted they had it we agreed on a price I gave them 20k down and they tried to sell my wife a car with no keys and could explain where they were why they dont have them and when we could ... read more

Simple.... Great-service waiting room is nice, coffee and donuts. They also have fresh popcorn, and several snacks to choose from , clean restroom. Hector Delafonte and Chad Larson are the best.

The sales personnel, Nathan, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, very personable, and a great person altogether. I did not see or note any shortcomings or areas that need improvement.
