Today I went to the shop and David a lube technician offered to help me with my engine light on. He went above and beyond with his time and effort to see what was going on with the vehicle. David took the time to explain to me, the reading, the codes, and what I will need to do. I’d like to thank him and his higher up for the great customer service and support I experienced there today! I will now continue to go there for my vehicle needs.
My sister and I drove over an hour to this dealer to buy her a new car. She previously had a great experience with a Ken Garff near her. This place fell short in every single way. To start we came to look at a car advertised as a certified preowned listed at a certain price on their website. After test drive we sit down to talk numbers and they immediately hand over a purchase agreement with a different price and pressure her to sign it.
