I brought my 2014 Volkswagen Passat here expecting expert service and careful diagnostics. After a recall near the driver side door, the door failed the next day and I had to pay to fix it. Months later my car shut off on the freeway. I asked for a full diagnosis and raised the idea that it was the alternator, but was told it was just the battery. Took Annabella FIVE days to contact my warantee company when all it should have taken was a phone call or two and a google search. Lacking rudamentary problem solving skills that they dragged their feet on leaving me paying for a rental car for days. Off the bat, she me it would be $150 diagnostic fee and when I got my invoice, it was more than that. A few things didn’t go smooth with the purchase I did on this dealership , for once the truck had a few issues they were working on when I decided I want it we signed, but there was something I figure was a normal dealership charge “optional “ but I couldn’t decline? I found out it was for a gps (Plad service) for the truck , I just recently noticed the truck has a undisclosed issue with the suspension I’m going to see if I can work out something with the salesman.
It would just be nice if reaching a live person was easier.
I got a vehicle from Ken graffiti, I was helped by Tyler. After everything was done Tyler called back a few days later and gave me the info I asked for that all fluids were flushed and new tires were put on that everything was taken care of, I drove 10,000 miles until it broke down on me, I then called their office and left a message with my number and what the problem is and I haven't received a call back or even an answer in 3 weeks. Careful what you get here you might end up screwed like me!
