My wife and I have bought several cars from them over the years and they always give us a great deal and follow it up with great customer service as well. *Worst Idea Ever!* **WORST** dealership I have ever worked with. I purchased a used car understanding it was not in amazing condition, HOWEVER after trying to speak with REN about this issue I could never seem to get a call back. WITHIN 3 weeks of buying this $8k car it was being towed to a different dealer to get fixed & I have yet to get a return call from Ren. Today was no different, it runs like brand new! He even diagnosed a tough issue, I was impressed. Buyer Beware We bought a new Nissan from Garff in '07. The sale went well. You always feel like you're getting screwed no matter what, but the initial purchase was relatively painless. It's the stunt they attempted to pull about a year and a half later that burst my Garff bubble. We received a mailer saying they were desperate for used models of the car we purchased. No call back, no answers First impression was great. I went to go look at a used Xterra that was listed on KSL. The salesman was very nice, informative, and not pushy at all. I decided to buy the car and they even agreed to fix a few things that needed repaired. I was so excited to get a new-used car after owning mine for 10+ years.
