Would have been five stars if it wasn’t for the sales manager. Five stars for my Salesman Shawn. I can only speak on a new truck purchase, but that being said, I hate car salespeople and always feel like I’m about to get ripped off. But I liked the salesman I had. His name was Shawn, so if you can get him, I’d recommend him. He wasn’t pushy, was there just to help, and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to rip me off. Joel was just the kind of dealer I wanted. He is down to earth and is not high pressure. I highly recommend him and Ken Garff.

Horrible experience. I ask for a fair deal and the salesman add 9k to the final price. Added almost 3k to the sticker price alone from what was advertised. Be smart. Save your money and run from this place. Complete rip off and the salesman wouldn’t let me out of there sight. I couldn’t just look at what I wanted without them breathing down my neck. I can’t wait to see these guys shutdown and put out of business. All they do is rip you off.
Bought a used vehicleI pictures were OK. It was clean after it was delivered. I went and drove it. The exhaust was rattling, and the engine light came on. This was a certified used vehicle meaning they inspected. It must not have done a good job of inspecting it, and the Dealer refuses to do any repairs. no stars worst Dealership ever would never recommend buying a car from a Ken Garff Dealer. Don’t care about customers at all !
