Absolutely terrible customer service. Poor communication. They do not “Hear you”. They don’t know what they are doing and will not give you a proper quote. You also have to call 3-4 times to get what you need and they keep pushing you off and say they will hang up if you ask to many questions. Not happy with Nissan at all, I will never be coming here again or buying a Nissan.
*updated review 5 months after purchase* Billy in sales is awesome. He sold me my new 4runner and made the experience very enjoyable. There were a couple small issues after the sale, and he took care of each one quickly and without any hassle. *Update 5 months after sale* Ken Garff's service after the sale is disappointing. Very difficult to speak to anyone about issues and difficult to schedule warranty work or maintenance. Phone system is frustrating and inefficient AI. It wasn't my first time at this dealership. I had been there before to buy parts for my car because other places, although closer to home, didn't have what I needed. That's why I preferred to go there. Most of the staff was friendly and I received good service, but my experience with Ricky Holland was very negative. When I returned, my car was still having problems after programming the TCM, and he refused to honor the warranty and told me the transmission was dead.
