We drove from SLC to Orem to look at a CRV that was listed as available on the site. When we got there, a salesman said it was already sold. It happens. We asked to look at a similar one with a sticker price of $25,000. After a few minutes the gentleman said it was actually $32,000. I showed him the sticker in the window and he said that was a mistake and they wouldn't honor it. We walked away. We had to come back because my wife left her purse in it and Mike saved it for us. Mike gained this review the additional 2 stars.
We leased a Honda Passport and we were prepared to pay off the lease purchase using America first credit union, but they wanted to do it in-house so we trusted them because they told us they would use America first credit union and give us the same rate. They did all that however, they threw in almost $600 in extra charges so they completely ripped us off. Never trust this dealership.
I have purchased 3 new cars during the past 20 years, all Honda’s, and all purchased at Ken Garff Honda in Orem. They are professional and have given me great service and competitive pricing throughout. My latest car is a 2026 Hybrid Accord touring model and I love it. All of my former Hondas are still on the road providing family members with excellent driving opportunities.
