Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. Complete lack of communication from both this dealership and Ken Garff Volkswagen. Dropped my vehicle off the them to troubleshoot a driveline noise and they drained my transfer case to do that. Didn't fill the case back up and burned the Tcase up. Was on the phone with them and kept getting bounced back and forth to sales as service would not pick up. Currently going to pursue legal action.
Manny Rodriguez was super kind and helpful and answered any questions we had. Overall it was a good experience
Very disappointed in my service. I left my car for two days for an oil service and a part repair- they didn't have the part when I went in for my scheduled appointment and when I went to pick up my car two days later, they hadn't even done the oil change. When I went back in to get the oil change and part done- they replaced the part but it didn't fix the problem. Other Ken Garff locations charge more for a full synthetic oil change. This location charges less for the exact same thing. They are busier than the other Ken Garff locations, but the advantage care is about $60 less. Worth it
Was in and out for an oil change under 30 minutes! Changing to 1 star because having a very different experience with an ongoing repair now.
