Easy, seamless, no pressure sales help from McKinley and his team.
I purchased a 2023 Honda Pilot LX on 4/11. At the time of sale, the windshield had a crack, and I was told someone would follow up the following Monday to arrange a repair. I have all the good things to say about this place! McKinley helped us buy two new cars. He was super patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We were with him almost all day and he was just great to work with. The finance guy was also knowledgeable and easy to work with too. We enjoyed our experience and love the new vehicles.
I had a minor accident with my Honda Accord 2012, and I got all the necessary repairs done. I went to the official Honda dealer asking them to turn off the airbag light using their scanner since everything had been fixed. Shockingly, they refused to do it unless I paid $170. I find this abusive and a lack of good faith. It’s frustrating to see that in a situation where service and trust should prevail, they try to extract money instead of helping. Beware of practices like this.
