Knowledgeable salesman who answered questions without applying pressure to buy. Folks were kind and helpful in the office and finance departments too. I haven’t owned a Honda before; I hope longevity makes it worth the cost. No incentives offered, especially compared to competitors.
My wife and I took our time selecting a vehicle and after 2 months of looking we made a deal at Honda Orem. When we narrowed it down, we had went to both Stockton 12 and the Downtown Honda but were left frustrated with the game playing at the dealership. We weren't asking for a crazy amount off the deal and were given an ultimatum to make a deal "same day" to get what we wanted. Do NOT shop at this dealership. I had a car ready for a lease and an appointment set up with the salesman, but I waited for an 1.5 - 2 hours before I was even acknowledged by someone. I finally had to text the salesman from his card and ask if I could get the car through another agent that was more available and attentive.
