$400 to have my transmission fluid changed and air filters changed but when I got my car back the AC happens not to work... I took it in to have it topped off for a road trip I'm taking, they gave me a list of things they had to do and I had them do just that but all of a sudden my AC blows hot air. I'm writing this review a year after my daughter purchased a used 2018 Honda civic sport because of a few things that have happened. First of all, trying to get a hold of a person to speak to in the service dept is ridiculous. So the used cars there say they are Honda certified, now we are thinking that everything has been inspected thoroughly! Careful, they 100% sold us a Lemon. We bought a used Kia that turned out to be unsafe to drive on the highway. Now we are stuck with a car we can't return and not able to sell under good conscience.
